1. What is your return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of receiving them.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition.
Perishable items (like bulbs that have already been planted) may not be eligible.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was delivered damaged or wrong.
2. How do I request a return?
Contact support@dutch-bulbs.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
Please include photos if the item is damaged.
3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the order.
4. Can I exchange a product instead of a refund?
Yes, if the product is available.
Contact us with your order number and exchange details.
5. I received the wrong or damaged product — what should I do?
Email support@dutch-bulbs.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will send you a replacement or arrange a refund at no extra cost.
6. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover the cost.
If you changed your mind, you cover the return shipping cost.
7. Can I return sale or discounted items?
Sale items can usually be returned under the same policy, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
